Default rear suspension setup

ok so ive had my jeep for about 8 months and it has 4.5 rough country on the front and just 2" blocks on the back with no shocks or upper shock mounts. so i want to do some shock set up while still keeping the back lower than the front (i like the pre runner type look). i drive roads and highway most of the time but get offroad too so would anyone have any good ideas?

There are just holes threaded up there. They don't get removed. They do however get stripped easily.
Looks over function don't seem useful though.

even when stripped though, they can still be used with a bolt and nut combo.

not sure didnt have any when i bought the jeep but i know i can buy upper mounts that bolt in but i have seen the setups where you can adjust the upper mount in and are able to fit a bigger shock with out lifting it anymore, but like i said i mostly drive on road so idk if thats better than just the original shock mount location for regular day driving
