Rear spare tire mount build?
Well, I'd really like to build a swing-out spare tire mount but I'm not sure how to do it properly. Anyone done it before that can help me out?

If you plan to build one, get a good spindle like was mentioned, butane sure to build a bumper that's stout as in mounts to the stock bumper mount AND the nutstrip that the hitch bolts to. Some will mount under the uniframe where the hitch mounts, others will cut a hole in the cross member and slide 2x4(could be wrong on size) into the uniframe itself making a very stout strong mount.
