I broke my first shock bolt in rear and my brother said use the air tools i said it wouldnt matter, he proved me wrong. Broke my first tc bolt then got heat and air tools and got the other three out.
I gave my bolts a few good whacks with a hammer and punch and they didn't budge. Got the air hammer and it knocked them out in about 5 seconds each.
I ran some wire through the bolt hole over to that opening and pulled my bolts through.

Less than 10 minutes and done!
Yeah, this is a very common problem, with an even easier fit. for the uppers, use an air chisel, or a regular chisel and a BFH and punch the rest of each bolt through, knocking the weld nut off. The run string (i used dental floss, and you can use fishing line for strength), and run it threw each hole. From there you will have had to buy 4 bolts and 4 nuts, pull the string through the opening at the top. Tie the bolt in and run it through the top part of the hole, so the threaded part is facing downwards, where the shock mounts. Then, place shock and tighten the nut and washer. Do this for all four. I will post a link in a few minutes with good visuals.

When you snap the upper rear shock bolts you just put the rounded blunt end attachment in the hammer and go to town. The nut is just welded in that little cavity. Won't take much to whack it out. I did mine with a crappy screwdriver and a baby sledge. Then you can do one of two things. Take some mechanics wire and feed a bolt through the hole from the cavity and nut on the outside or buy these:

As long as the welded nut in the unibody is not broke free, and the bolt is just broken in the nut. Cut the bolt as close to the unibody as possible. Use a welder and weld a nut onto the broken bolt. May take a few tries, the heat from from the welding process will seep into the rest of the bolt and you should be able to back the bolt out with the new nut.
