Rear ends..
I have a 1996 Cherokee classic automatic and I was wondering if anyone knew what rear axle it has. From what I see online it is a 8.25 is that right? And I was going to put a 3" rough country add a leaf lift on it.. Anyone have anything pros or cons on that?

Could be an 8.25 or an D35, both came in the 96 model. If you have ABS it's a D35. If your leaves are the slightest bit worn then the AAL will work OK for about 6 months then settle to prob an inch or so less than what lift you expected. They also tend to be a bit bouncy IMO.
