rear bunper for towing?

rear bunper for towing?
Im getting a rear bumper and was wondering if anyone tows with there cuustom bumper. If so what kind of bumper?

The bumpers im looking at are nates and c-rok both have hitch mount ties but i dont trust the metal of the actual bumper to hold the reciever in with a load.

it's not the hitch mount i'd be worried about.
it's the panel that the bumper bolts to.
i can flex mine a lot with just my swing out, gonna extend it into the uni rails and bolt to the stock hitch mounts. but i still wouldn't tow with it.
just add a properly mounted hitch.
