Read end "slides" out on turns
I have a 2001 Cherokee with 4.5 inch rubicon express lift with 31s on it. When I drive on curvy roads going about 35+ the rear end feels like it slides out for half a second then will grab traction again. Almost as if the axle lifts up on one side. The roads aren't wet. I've had this jeep for over two years now and it's never done it. Recently I've been noticing more body roll than I use to. If I slow down and go around corners it does just fine, it also does it more when I make left turns

Define Normal though? Every car will react differently, even same year/make/model cars have slightly different driving characteristics.
My 91 is a little tail happy if I try to corner going over 30, but its a 25 year old jeep so most of the suspension is pretty worn. That's why when I do my lift I'm installing poly bushings in my leafs.

Check the bushings/mounts/springs etc.
Unless.... Did you just get new/different tires/ are you running different tire pressure?

while you're underneath looking at the rear, check the front end too..
sometimes an issue in the front can affect the way the rear reacts
