Default RE3.5 coils/3.5 leafs vs OME 2.5 leafs W/ shackles

Does any one have this setup? What is the best ride, flex, quality? Would like 4 to 4.5" lift. Looking at RE 3.5 coils, with full leaf pack rear springs. Also will go with sway bar disco., double sheer track bar, adj uca/lca , Bilstein 5100 shocks, & 31x10.5 tires. Are the RE 3.5 leafs a better balance with the front coils, or will the OME 2.5 leafs with shackles be a good balance? Best setup for the money?

I have the RE 3.5" kit front and rear on 31s. The front sits more around 4". The rear, well thats a different story. I did the no lift shackle relocation boxes and longer shackles. Well it ended up around 5" of lift and rode absolutely horrible. So I pulled out a leaf from each pack. It dropped the rear about an inch and rides a lot better. Overall, it is a pretty stiff ride compared to other lift companies. It does flex pretty good though!

When using the RE 3.5 leafs, with the stock shackles, is the proper 45° shackle angle maintained? Also if using OME 2.5" leafs , and a longer shackle, to get a 4"lift, is that angle @ 45°? Is a shackle relocation mount needed for either? Which setup would ride and handle the best?

Cant answer which will ride better and your answers to that are completely subjective. I would however recommend the shackle relocation boxes. This makes a huge difference in getting the right height and ride.
