RE or Superlift track bar

RE or Superlift track bar
Ok, so i have a RC "3.5" inch lift that I think has settled a bit in the three years if been on. I am looking to get an adjustable track bar and cant decide between these two.
My main concern is the RE bar, rated for lifts 3.5-4.5 inches, being too long. Where as the superlift bar is for 3-6 inch lifts?
Will the RE one adjust shorter if needed, and which is better quality?

I had the RE1600 (non-hd) on sagged 3" springs. Works just fine. I also have a modded stock bracket to run the heim in double sheer. But should work fine either way.
