Re-gearing dilemma
I have a 2000 xj that I have just finished a Stroker motor for. I am installing a 4.5" complete lift and plan to run 32" tires. I plan to do a fair amount of driving on sand hills, some mud, and various types of other terrain. I will most likely no be doing much in the way of rock crawling. It is not a DD but I would like to be able to drive it around town and down the highway a ways if I needed to. Right now it has the stock 3.55 gear sets in it. What would be the best all around re-gear for my application? I have a set of 4.11's right now but the more I think about it I am wondering if they are too tall.

Manual transmission - You'd be fine with 4.10s
Auto transmission- I'd go straight to 4.56.
You're not even going to be able to tell the difference between 3.55 and 4.10.

I have the AW4 and the NP231 Auto-magic transmission and tcase. My concern is that to get it up to 70 mph I will be running really high RPM's. I guess I just don't know enough about all that, especially throwing the stroker into the mix.
