RE 3.5 Super flex lift

Ive read alot about the lift, and my question is, is it a durable lift? and what type of flex could you get out of it?

Super Ride, only difference is aal instead of leaf packs. Suspension in this jeep has 40k miles on it. Running 31 in tires and swaybar delete. RE is high quality and you pay for it!
