Default RC Relocate brackets with lift shackles. How much net lift?

I have been looking at relocation brackets for some time and I am looking to put another 1.75'' to 2'' of lift under my XJ. Ive searched all over and have seen alot of different lift claims without any info. What shackles did you use and how much lift did you get from Your RC shackle relocators?

I'll be putting my on tonight so I can jump back on and let you know later what I end up with. Unless somebody who already has them on can jump in.

Please do! What shackles are you using and what are you doing to level it out in the front?

Do yourself a favor and get the HD off-road relocation brackets. And run some 1-1.5" shackles

Still no answer tell me even if you used HD's relocators. What did you use for shackles, how much lift did you get and what did you use to level out the front.

the first time I used hd standard relocations before the 0 lifts came out with a 2" shackle and gained 1.75" they will work with a hitch just unbolt one side at a time. Now that I lowered it from 7" to 5.5"ish I run a 3.5" leaf 1.5" boomerangs and 0 lift relocations to level it out with the 5.5" coils and the rear is still taller

I run the RC Relo kit and JKS 1" Shackles and got 2" lift out of the set up. I have 5.5" RE coils and 3.5" IRO leaf packs and everything is level.

The condition of your leaf packs will also affect the amount of lift you get from a relo box. Same with the shackle length and the hole you have the shackle in. Most boxes with a stock shackle will net you between 1"-1.5".

Also go with the hd ones like what others have said.

Sorry it's taken me so long to post back here. I out them on Friday night and after fixing my shackle angle, which was 90 degrees (sucked ***) I came out with 1.5" of lift. If you want to get the RC ones go for it lots of people hate RC but the brackets are very sturdy and are easy to install. They do what they're supposed to do and my rig rides a ton better with the shackles where they need to be. Only took me about an hour since all the bolts had been broken loose last time I did my lift. To answer your original question I just got bigger front coils to even out my lift. I went from 4.5" to 6" with the new springs and relocation brackets. I hope that helped and sorry for the delayed response.

awesome! thanks for the info. from what I gather if you have 1.5'' lift shackles at around 90* of geometrical crappyness you can install relocators correct your shackle angle and the lift will be close to the same?

Yeah that's how mine were except I have 2" shackles. I made my angle close to 45* and it gave me 1.5" lift. Im sure the HD ones do the exact same so if you want to get those like everyone else is saying you could. I've never seen them in person but they look pretty beefy online. The RC ones are beefy as well and did exactly what every other relocation kit will do.
