RC 4.5 lift death wobble
I put the rough country 4.5 lift with 2 inch pucks (wasn't sure if I shoulda used those with lift) I also added a rubicon express trackbar since lift dident come with one but with or without swaybar anything over 35mph front end shakes violently , I put the lift on myself so im sure I screwed it up somehow this is the 1st time ive worked on a 4 link so pretty diff than my samurai . Can anyone fill me in on what I might have done

Did you retain the stock track bar mount? They been the cause for death wobble on my rigs. Get something like the double shear bracket made by IronRockOffroad.

Go over everything for tightness, especially track bar including the jam nut. And get it aligned professionally if you have not already done so.

SYE? not sure what that means yea I probly remove the pucks I was just trying to squeeze out as much lift as I could also the tires are pretty rundown n I did get a drop mount for trackbar forgot to mention that but I honestly don't know how to adjust it I think ill take it in to be aligned its pretty much a trailer queen but sometimes when wheeling close to home ill just drive it there or if motorhome breaks down I wanna be able to take jeep to get parts or home n whatnot Still learning this jeep thing everyone here in WA seems to be on Toyotas nutts so I got so sick of hearing how sucky samurais were I built it up to where they cant say **** but I noticed they rag on Cherokees but im watching stock Cherokees still with swaybars hitting hard **** n swimming through water n mud up to the windshields going almost everywhere we go so I got me one n going from a 65 HP to almost 200 hp I swear I skip across stuff they sink into , I just wanna learn as much as I can to keep shutting these yota lovers down make my jeep sick Im thankful for all the input

It's nothing to do with the sway bar lol.
Tighten up the front end and look at the track bar. Get an alignment done. Balance the tires properly... I'm assuming after going up 4.5" you aren't running the stock 225/75R15s anymore lol

For a cracked frame you'll need to plate the thing. The funny bolt-on brace that goes across to the passenger side is useless, and the bolt-on reinforcement plates are to prevent that from happening in the first place. Remember the track bar mounts there. Frame's gotta be fixed

Steel plate is fine. Another option is to do parts of the frame http://hdoffroadengineering.myshopif...ame-stiffeners or even the entire length http://hdoffroadengineering.myshopif...-stiffener-set
