Going to Napa online, using a '95, looking up the radiator, and then clicking on Buyers Guide it appears not.

Yes. As long as it has the threaded bung on the driver's side for the fan switch and you eliminate the pressure bottle located on the passenger side firewall. It's a bit of a conversion.

Thank you. Can you tell me what the benefits would be of going with the newer model radiator?

your 88 cherokee has a "closed" cooling system, and 95 is when they switched over to the open cooling system which is much more reliable and trouble free.

BleepinJeep has a great how-to on converting from closed to open. It doesn't cost that much and it is a fairly simple swap you can do in the driveway with basic hand tools. I would take the time and do the conversion if you plan on keeping your rig for a while.

Thank you, I have a great Jeep guy and I'm sure he's told me but I probably didn't pay attention and he doesn't like to repeat himself so I didn't want to ask again. Thanks again.

If he's great, start making it a point to pay attention. LOL. And we're here to fall back on.
