Question for those with D30 Solid cover

Question for those with D30 Solid cover
I just regeared and locked my front and I am looking for some extra rock protection with a Solid cover to match the one on my 8.8 one out back . I also did a tie rod flip so I am concerned about clearance from this cover. Can anybody who currently is running one give me an idea how much further it sticks out from a stocker? I have about an inch of clearance right now. May consider just a guard instead, but they are pretty close to the same price so thought I would just go with a full cover.

I ran a solid cover on a Dana 30 with WJ OTK and a straight 1.5" diameter tie rod. It was CLOSE but it didn't hit.
