Default question.

im having some wobble issues when hitting bumps, I noticed my trac bar and drag link arnt parallel. so my question is has anyone had any wobble issues due to the trac bar and drag link not being parallel, or not really close to parallel lol.

Yep, that will give you bump steer.

Post a picture of the front end and then give lift and parts info.

6.5" springs, JCR otk 1 ton steering, iro trac bar, 6-8" with 2" drop bracket, drop pitman arm, I got steering on the axle and for jcr steering you have to cut the bottom of the trac bar mount off the axle mount, thus redrilling and relocated your trac bar bolt on axle mount. might be leaving something out

Default question.

Yep, in their instructions it tells you that. You need an over the axle track bar mount, you aren't re using yours. Then figure out what size and length of tube to use for a trackbar

Would running a aftermarket trac bar for a 3-4" lift rather then the 6-8" lift size I'm running work for a short term fix to get me through winter?

No. That has to do with the length of the bar, not gonna change any angles. Going to back to a stock pitman arm would help, BUT, you aren't going to match the angle without going to an OTA track bar mount. You need to with OTK steering.

I'm not worried about the angle of my drag link, I don't think thats the issue, the angle of my trac bar in relation to my drag link is the issue. this is my thinking here, please correct me if im wrong. by cutting the stock trac bar bolt mount off the axle side mount and relocating it say 2 inches higher which JCR otk steering instructs you to do, that turns the required lift height needed for my trac bar 2" less? meaning going from a 6" lift trac bar im now at 4" lift trac bar, which would then bring me back to "in theory" the correct angles of what the 6" trac bar im running now gave me with under the under knuckle steering at 6" of lift?

It has nothing to do with lift height numbers. The drag link and track bar have to be parallel. You won't match an OTK steering set up with the track bar under the axle.

drag link is too low, swap to stock pitman till you can do an actual track bar mount that is on top of the axle.

But isn't the point of the JCR inverted T otk steering setup to be able to run otk steering with an under the axle trac bar?

I think you are thinking of the utk(under the knuckle) setup.

No the over the knuckle set up has you cut the axle side trac bar bolt mount n relocate the bolt hole higher, thus allowing the setup to be run with an under the trac bar still. Unless I'v misinterpreted the JCR kit.

Adjust the steering stops.
We also RECOMMEND:
That you replace/relocate your sway bar endlinks mounts (axle side.)
That you brace the inside front of your coil buckets.
Depending on what frameside trackbar bracket your running, you may want to relocate the axle side trackbar bracket above the axle. It's just a matter of matching the angle of the trackbar and draglink.
http://www.jcroffroad.com/product/XJ/1TNST-OTK.html

So you either need to raise your drag link at pitman arm or lower your track bar frame side mount.
