Im heading to my local pull-a-part tomorrow to try to find some upgrades for my stock '97 Cherokee.Anything I should specially keep my eye out for?

Look for woody's, they are disappearing quick.

Don't know what you have..........but a ZJ has NICE seats that can be made to work in a XJ,the V-8 a beefier tie rod,disc brakes & a good gas tank skid(once you re-drill it to match your hitch).

A WJ has the improved intake manifold.

The '97 up XJ has the correct hitch(due to the re-designed gas task),nut straps & any XJ tow hooks will fit.

I managed to pick up 2 cheap fog lights,mirrors,and 2 long enough tow hooks so I won't have to make drop brackets for them and all that only cost me $18.
