Poss future build question
One day in the future I may build the cherokee I drive now into a little climbing rig. I was wondering is there an auto trans that I can install that I can shift from 1st to 2nd to 3rd. Kinda like you can in some fords and like guys to in race cars and other offroad rigs. I was just starting to check into this. Any advice or ideas would be great. Thanks.

Do some searching there are Gear lockout kits available or that you can wire up to the aw4.. basicly you can instal a serier of switchs that allow you select gaers or lockout gears and lock torque converter

I have seen those but I didnt really like that idea. I was hoping for just a diff trans that might work. Maybe that is my only option though.
