popping noise during articulation

popping noise during articulation
need a little help again fellas. every time i start to flex to the right(left front is coming up) i get a pop sound that sound like it comes from the back. this may be just the spring loading but i cant really tell. ive tried a few time to locate it but with no luck. I just want to know what it is. Any suggestions?
