Solid axle swap? XJ already has a solid axle... unless your talking about something else? Nevermind, didn't see your last post, but that's not an SAS that just a coil to leaf conversion.

That's what I meant I realize its a solid axle already but I wanna put leafs under the front instead of springs

I see.. well for starters there is already a Dana 30 solid front axle under it... you could just mod you current axle to accept leaf springs and build a BEEFY front bumper, with crazy beefy bumper mounts to attach the front shackles to and use the stock lower control arm mounts on the frame as leaf spring mounts
