Default plasma cut fenders?

anybody ever use a plasma cutter to trim their fenders? i feel like it would work good on the front, since everyone says they cut like butter. but what about the rear fenders...should i stick with cut and fold, or does the plasma cutter just blow that out of the water? any info is appreciated!

It's hard to beat a cutoff wheel. With the plasma it will be hard to get a clean cut and the chances of a fire will be greater.

I used an air hack saw.
Worked well with no sparks flying every where and easy to control and make curves.

This is the saw I used for the fender sheet metal also.

I also riveted past the spot welds then cut the fender above them.
i used long rivets as the inner fender and quarter panel start to separate above the spot welds.

I have worked with plasma cutters quite a bit, with out some type of guide to lean it next to and cut you would not get that strait of a cut. Also they cut so good and so fast there is no room for mess ups really. It might also mess up the pait around them i have never used one on painted metal before always raw metal..
Just me 2 cents! lol
