Pictures of dual electric fan set ups
I'm on the edge with dual electric fans on my jeep. I'd like to see your set ups and maybe a mini review of what you did and how it works. I am worried about the clearance of the old Pully and bolts.

Dual fans
I was all over this, bought fans, temp sensors, the works. In the end, kept one aftermarket fan to take the place of the factory electric, and put my clutch fan back in. Never worked as good as I had hoped and always on the border of *HOT*.

I have considered this, Here what was i was planning,
I want to run two fans 1200cfm fans, then i will use a thermostat switch to kick them on at 210 and off at 195 ( i honestly would really like 200 -175 ), along with a new water pump and 165 thermostat. I have also considered the 3 core radiator that is available for some extra cooling capacity.
anyone tried this hard to cool down their jeep?

Hello there, i'm running one stock aux fan, and also a mercury topaz 2 speed electric fan.
It's move's lot's of air. Around temps get over 120 and my temps have never been over 210. I've had this setup for about 8 months no problems what so ever.
Hope this helps someone.

i was thinking about fitting my holden commodore thermo, its big. its powerful. and it moves a sh!tload of air! if my 3.8 buick can get to 110C and then come down to 80 within 10secs of it turning on, im sure it can keep my jeep cool.. i was just gonna have it on with the ignition, so soon as the key is on, so is the fan. noisy yes, but cool as well. (hopefully)

You can also throw in a trans cooler, pretty cheap upgrade that helps alot when doing a big cool down to your engine. When I'm done doing my steering upgrades I plan on running dual electric, low temp thermo, trans cooler, and prob louvers of some sort

i have a stock xj e-fan, and a grand cherokee e-fan. I wanted to try this and my clutch was toast so it was the same price to slap in another e-fan or buy the clutch
I removed the clutch fan, removed the studs from the waterpump and put in bolts to gain more clearance. Threads are 5/16 fine thread if it helps anyone.
electrically i left my stock e-fan alone which cuts on at 210 and runs till the temp drops to 203. I took a lead off that fans power wire and used that to trigger a second relay that turns on the GC fan. That way when my engine hits 210 both fans come on, run for 25 seconds or so (till it hits 203) then both shut off. This way i can't leave them on by accident or forget to turn them on when i get in.
I still have my 195 thermostat so it warms up quick and comes out of open loop mode, and if im moving above ~15mph my fans will never come on. Offroad they are on more often than not, but i've still never seen my needle move above 210.
before it would overheat all the time, probably due to the spent clutch, but either way this did the trick. I've had them installed ~1.5 years now without issue.
I also have a 3 row radiator, my xj needed a radiator when i bought it and i'm from the "don't replace, upgrade" school of thought so that happened long before the e-fans.
I also just installed a vented hood. (z34 lumina vents) and it dropped my cruising temps (without fans on at all) 3 degrees to about 205. I haven't tried it offroad yet but i expect it to still cycle between 203-210 but maybe the fans will be on slightly less.
