Picked up my 99 4.0L core for stroker build
Well just picked up a 99 4.0L w/0630 head for a stroker build. What do you guys think a 4.2L ( 232 crank and 4.0L rods) or a 4.6L ( 258 crank and rods ). Of course it is going to be low buck but I am planning on doing a complete rebuild.

The idea of the 4.2L is cool because its different, but there is no replacement for displacement. AMC 258 cranks seem to be more available then the AMC 232 cranks so the 4.5/4.6 may be cheaper to build
