Default performance issues need help

I have a 98 xj 6.5" iron rock off road long arm kit.
I have no power on hard acceleration and get a bad break up/ back fire through the manifold when its revved up also when it is at operating temp it doesn't wana restart after I shut it off if it does restart there is little to no throttle response and an extremely rough idle. any thoughts or ideas are greatly appreciated

Your lift has nothing to do with a running issue so i don't know why your telling us about your IRO lift.

When was the last time you did a tune up , did you get your sensors wet. ? Ect.

The restart issue sounds like a typical heat soak issue.
