Default performance chips

Which is the best I was looking at the jet stage two but im really looking for more gas mileage some advise please and has anyone used those like sixty dollar chips from www.performancechipsdirect.com

I have the jet stage 2 one and its ok. I got it for cheap from a friend. Not a massive change or anything. Most of the other ones like the one in the link are a scam.

The only reason I'm so short with that answer is because there are dozens of threads that have discussed them. All have yeilded the same results.

O qnd im guessing the reslults are they don't give the bang for the buck

From what everyone here has posted?

They just don't do much of anything at all.

Some adjust shift points, but I'm not sure why anyone would need to in a Cherokee.

Maybe if you got one that adjusted the speedo for gears and tires, but I thought the XJs didn't have a speedo adjustable through the computer.
