I recommend NOT buying any at all theyre fake! Unless ur dropping hundreds on a superchips or well known branded tuner its all crap. What u get is a resistor that fakes the TPS into thinking ur pushing the pedal furthur. Theres a huge article on google about them. If u want performance look up neon injectors and do a full tune up on ur rig. I added a $29 cold air intake that sounds awesome and perked her up.

Changing out the old fuel filter is a good idea. I better not get bashed but some people do throttle body spacers. Many say are useless on our 4.0L but ive been in 3 different wranglers that had them and definitely noticed some gains

Swap the intake manifold with one from a 99+ 4.0, swap in some 703 injectors from a 95-97 Dodge Neon, and change the location of the IAC from the manifold to the air cleaner. I made those changes on my 95 ZJ and I'm very happy with the results. A chip, especially on a 91, is a waste of money.

No write up, but it's just a matter of removing the sensor from the intake, extend the wires, tap a quarter inch pipe thread hole in the airbox and screw the sensor in. You do need a plug for the manifold though. I just grabbed a vacuum nipple from a boneyard 4.0 intake and screwed it in with a vacuum plug on it. A 15 minute job for almost free.

Air mass and temp are lower, I guess... The IAC controls high rpm function, so maybe the afore mentioned air mass change allows for lower readings? Idk, just spitballin.. But I am curious of someone has a better answer, I do wanna know now, too..
