Parking and dash lights won't work!

Parking and dash lights won't work!
My dash lights and parking lights are both not working. Checked my fuses and found a blown 15. Replaced it thinking it would solve the issue. Turned the jeep on to find still no lights. Checked the brand new fuse only to find that it too was blown!
There's got to be a short somewhere. The PO had an aftermarket radio installed so there could be an issue there. Not sure. Any immediate thoughts on where the short could be??
