I'm about to put a RE3.5 full lift kit and I was reading the instructions they were talking about vibration issues with the 242 select trac. The way it sounded anything over 3.5 inches could cause problems. I have a 1in transfer case drop bracket, and all u joints replaced should I be concerned with full time operation. I've read that Rubicon Express springs end up being a little taller then advertised.

Any help is appreciated

Just install the lift, and give it a test run..then go from there. We cant guess what itll do..every jeep is different.

It's because of the different tail housing. Put the drop in it and you should be ok. But as stated, every jeep is a bit different.

I'm running 5" and have the NP242. I have a 1" drop and no vibes at all... YMMV
