Np231 H&T question.

I know I know another SYE thread..Honestly the *****s confusing, even though I'm usually great with this stuff! Maybe I'm over thinking it.

I have a 21spline Np231. Its from a 1989 cherokee. I've looked up SYE & H&T's and I'm just lost because how much different stuff is out there..
I have a front driveshaft from a Xj already & another from a Zj incase I need a longer one.. What are my options here, on 4"-4.5" of lift, no plans to go higher.

Budget being 200 for the SYE and whatever else is needed..driveshaft excluded! I'll be doing the labor.
I don't want a H&T to leak, so if theres a good version that doesn't leak..I've read gojeeps writeup, and it just confuses me! What I need is basically a parts list, or a deffinte buy XXX part
