Not sure what to do with my lift.
 

So i have a 2001 Cherokee sport with 31s on it. The guy i bought it from told me it has a 2-3 inch lift on it. Not so sure that’s true. I’m having pretty bad rubbing on the stock fender flairs. My question is even if there’s a lift on there already can i throw coil spacers and lift shackles as an add on? Is that going to throw anything off or has anybody done this? Thanks.

first thing I would do is figure out how much lift it currently has. Measure from the center of the axle to the bottom of the stock fender. Stock XJ is 17.5 inches in the front and 17 inches in the back. Then figure out what was done to it if it's higher than that.
