noise after lift
just put 3 inch rc lift on my jeep, and went to drive it to test it, and when i hit about 15-30 mph it started this poppingish noise, in a way it sounded like it was popping, but in a way it also sounded like something was rubbing against something causing it to make like a card in bike spoke effect noise, i cant figure out what it is

Check all of your moveable parts. Where metal comes in contact with something it shouldn't be, you'll see where it knocked all of the rust/dirt off and that well be the source of the noise.

did your kit come with a t-case drop?
if so you may have to adjust your linkage for 4x4, it ***** the case just right and slightly engages the mode fork

Did you change your sway bar position. Did you change end links. I say this because if your sway bar mount bushings are old most lift kits change the way the bar is located. The bar will vibrate against the frame and make this irritating noise. If so you can check by disconnecting the end links and test drive. If noise goes away. Get new mount bushings.
