nitro inner sleeves
I am thinking about purchasing these and want to know if anyone has experience with them? My buddy has them in his jk with 37 and no issues so far. They are the no weld ones.
Thanks

If u talking about a d30 sleeving is a good alternative to a truss , but if u sleeve it be sure to brace the outer C's with plate . Cuz now all the deflection is pin pointed to the weak outer axles C's. trust me been down that crappy road . I sleeved the 30 with DOM and within 3 wheeling trips bent em so badly the balljoint was almost touching coil.

so many people get successful use out of their D30 without it that I'd say there's no real need for inner sleeves. if you're gonna go play race car in the desert this is something I'd look into

Ya a truss is far more superior . But yah I've seen 4 or 5 bent 30s and a few bent jk 44s both axles have the same small tubes and flimsy outer C's . That's why I stopped dumping cash into the 30 and went full width 79 hp44 with truss .

Not nitro inners , I went the cheaper alternative . Wich was finding .250 wall DOM that fit and welded it in , and like posted above and I found I was bending outer C's . External truss like TNT or better yet fabbing your own with outer C bracing would be the best. just in my Experience

just wondering if anyone has used any of the sleeves and had success.
Notes taken thus far;
Reinforce the inner c's
Look into a truss
Question two, Those who run 35's what have you done or have you had any issues with the dana 30 bending?
