New U Joints Fix DW?

New U Joints Fix DW?
The shop I took my Jeep too told me to fix my death wobble with a new Trac Bar and U joints on the end of each axle shaft. I cannot wrap my head around how new u joints would cure my DW. Could this be a problem? I have them schedueled to put new u joints in thursday. Any help would be appreciated.

I have a brand new Rough Country Adjustable trac bar in. and I thought that the u joints wouldnt do ***** to fix my DW. I already know loose front suspension/steering causes DW. I just didnt think that U joints would cause it. makes no sense at all.
