It will not unlock in 4wd in the front axle. Only way your going to be able to turn is in low traction areas.

maybe your transfercase isnt taking you out of 4wd maybe?

No I'm in 2 wheel drive the back tires spin in dirt it will not unload?

Left tire unlocks in air right tire will not took for test ride still nothin besides a ton a loud bangs ! It's not unloading or somethin please help!

in 2wd it wont unlock there is no power from the driveline to make it unlock. you can try in 4wd but that type of locker is not a good idea for street use.

I've got one in my dana 30 and it's my daily driver, about 20,000 miles of pavement last year. Did you leave out the thrush washers? What kind of oil did you put in it? Tires the same size? Same air pressure? Did you pull back out the 4 pins? Just throwing questions out.
