New rear bumper & tire carrier cause rear suspension sagging

So I recently installed the E-autogrilles rear bumper and tire carrier this cause the rear suspension to sag a bit, it was to be expected because it weighs at least 200lbs. It is not a major problem but I would like to know if anyone has any ideas to counteract. There is a 4 inch-ish lift on it that may affect suggestions but any and all would be appreciated.

If your rear bumper is that heavy you mite want to look at a 4.5 inch lift .

Shackle relocation brackets will allow you to gain a little extra lift, improve the shackle/ride quality, and make future ride adjustments much easier.
