::NEW JK wheels on my 99 XJ::
I have never been a fan of the “tire poke” i would get from my 3.25” backspaced american eagle alloy wheels that came on my jeep when i bought it. I have had 30” tires and was upset I didnt go big enough. I then went to 31x10.5x15 general brabber at2s which i was SUPER happy with however i still thought they were a little too small. And of course stuck out about two inches from the stock fender flares. I purchased some gun metal grey JK wheels that had 12 miles on them. Guy drove his new 2016 jk straight to the lift kit installer. Also got some SPIDERTRAX spacers/adapters. $$$ but i didnt want to skimp on that item.
OLD WORN OUT 31 grabber at2 (actually measure 30.7”)
NEW TIRES General Grabber AT2 265/70/17 (actually measure 31.7x10.7)
Fitment…
They run a small bit on the lower control arms so i need to put some washers on the steering stops. But it barely rubs on them. It did rub pretty bad on the sway bar but i also had the stupid rough country sway bar drop brackets… so i ordered some extended pro comp sway bar links to get them up out of the way. And replaces all bushings at the same time. I HAVE TRIMMED MY FENDERS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE WITH KEEPING THE STOCK LOOKS.

I have those wheels on my Comanche.
You can pick them up very reasonable. Love the look.

Wasn't looking at the ground, I was looking at the relation of the tire leaning in up top to the body, & the body to the tree in the background.
Replaced a year ago doesn't mean they aren't bad again.
Just pointing out it looks bad in the pic.
