Question New Headlights

I am looking to upgrade my headlights so something legal. I'm thinking about Lumen® - 7x6" Rectangular Chrome LED Headlights with DRL more details on - https://www.carid.com/1999-jeep-cher...547455610.html on CarID. Pa state says they cannot, exceeded 150,000 Candle Power and low beams are at least 7,500 and high beams at least 10,000. Any ideas for badass looking headlights that have enough lumens and are still legal. WIll consider all price ranges

I'd rather have them work well & be legal than look badass......

Most people start by adding in a Putco wiring harness. Although my thoughts are if you are going to LED lights, the harness might not make a difference. Another thought/question is , LED lights run cool, so will ice and snow collect on the lights while driving? Where as the heat from a traditional incandescent bulb will keep it from building up.

I personally didn't feel the need to splurge on headlights past the basic hellas + wiring harness from jhc7399 but If you're asking for the best there are some dedicated users like Duma who have put in the time to show us what they've got.

I had those ones (same style except GENSSI brand). They didn't really have any pattern and there was no noticable difference between high and low beams. Got a better DOT legal set that have a better pattern and don't blind people now.

Just make sure you do the wiring harness upgrade, with or without new lights. It's common to have low voltage at the headlight socket. It won't matter how good the light is if it's not being supplied the correct voltage.

I bought the "Angel Eyes" LEDS off Amazon a long time back and they are AWESOME. Think I paid $125ish for the pair. Didn't even need to upgrade my harness. I ran the E code housings with H4 bulbs for years until they rusted out. Never going back to filament bulbs again.
