Need tube that goes from pitman arm to tie rod. Anyone help?

Need tube that goes from pitman arm to tie rod. Anyone help?
Ordered from 4wd, told a week later they are on back order. Putting the m.o.r.e knuckle adapter on to stop my death wobble. Buddy told me I will need this tube. Having a hard time finding it anywhere else
