Need some advice
I've got a 99' XJ and am going to put a Zone 3" leaf spring and coil lift on. What all else do I need to (modify) to make everything work as it should?

Welcome to the Forum!!! The best advice I can give you is to take your time both with your rig and with this forum. It's been around for along time and there is a ton of information on here. The build threads can be a wealth of knowledge, there is a saying that the best ideas are borrowed ideas. So dig in and read, read, read. All of your questions have already been answered somewhere on here at some point.

Thanks
I appreciate the advice. Thank you very much.

You will need shocks for the lift and maybe brake lines and Adjustable Track Bar at a three inch lift the rear drive shaft should be ok .maybe adjustable front control arms If i'm missing some thing something maybe some one else can chime in .

The Zone lift comes with shocks, I had a 3" lift on mine and it did fine with the stock, control arms, track bar, brake lines, and swaybar. You can go ahead and install the lift then, add these things later if you feel it's needed.

Buy one of Tubur's hardware kits. Trust me. I did the same lift last year and his kit was 100% necessary in my case because of rusted hardware.
Also buy new coil spring insulators. |
Thank you for the input fellas.

I hope that will get it. I think this will be a good start anyway. |
