need rear leaf springs
ok so Im going to be putting iron rocks long arm kit, 6.5 inch lift. I was wondering if there is a good/ cheaper way to lift the rear the same amount? I think the price of rear springs is a little outrageous!! Any advice?

Rubicon express full leaf springs and the 2" boomerang shackle. I just don't think the add a leaf is worth trying to save a leaf pack that is most likely flat..

What is your current set up? You said you are getting their 6.5" kit but are you just buying some coils and the arms or the entire kit?

You can buy the kit 2 different ways. you can buy just the front stuff, spring, long arms and associated brackets for $599, without the rear leafs springs and shocks. or you can spend almost 1500 witht the rear leafs and assorted lift stuff for the rear. Im ok with the cost of the front. but the cost jumps considerably with adding the rear in. I was hoping someone has a cheeper way to build the rear. maybe leafs off another vehicle?

Do you have the link for the $599 price? If its their site that price is just for the long arms (no adjuster on it) and xmember. You will also need to figure out the steering at the height. Also get the other parts needed, brake lines, track bar, sye and drive shaft.
You can run some s-10 packs or make a bastard pack (should be maybe $70 for both from your local junkyard) then get a shackle relocation box (hd off road $130). Or just keep an eye on some local stuff for sale and luck out for some leaf packs.

You can get a MUCH better leaf then those RE ones for only a bit more...

Dont pay any attention to the picture on their link. They are idiots on that one. The springs are actually english eyed and military wrapped. They are the springs in this picture.
Then just add some shackles if you still need another 1/2"
Just another option.
Oh and those springs could be had by a good internet shopper for about 210$ ea.

With just a high qulaity leaf pack at about 500$ total shipped, Its not even close to 2.7 times?
But I just get that ewww feeling when people buy something you know can be better and last longer and just over all what they should do, instead of cheaping out and doing it twice or three times, only to spend more overall.
