Idk shot about anything so could you tell me why I would need a woody driveshaft? And I'm getting a RE 3.5 lift so I need a SYE and driveshaft...so yeah, and I don't really wanna half *** anything and put a front driveshaft in the rear or any wierd shut like that if I can just buy a legit one...idk once again so I'm kinda looking forward to people who are really into offloading to lead me into the right direction

putting a front shaft in the rear is the right direction trust me. there is no reason to buy a custom length or woody shaft. if you need a custom length or you break a shaft, go get it retubed at a local driveline shop. and put in new ujoints. front driveshaft in the rear works great. I run it and so do a lot of other folks. there are better SYE options out there also. here's what I'm running. read the description and you'll see why I chose it over the others

so now you're looking at more like $250 instead of $480 plus shipping

Exactly. A front driveshaft IS the right way. Nothing half assed about it. I run an extended front driveline in the front and a shortened front driveline in the rear of my last XJ for the 231 doubler. Worked great.

yes. and what's awesome about running two fronts that are the same length, if you break a rear you can put the front in back and keep going! or carry just 1 spare. like me. you want the $199 one with 1310 CV. write up? unbolt front, put it in rear. it's 8 bolts

If I take the front shaft out and put it in the rear, what will be in the front? I'm new to all of this. I love offloading and am trying to build up my jeep so I'm learning as I go..

you're gonna have to go to the junk yard and pick up a couple more they come in different lengths. measure yours. if it's the right length go find another jeep with the same drive train.
