need help xj problems

need help xj problems
I have an 01 jeep xj I lifted it 6" plus adjustable rear shackles in the rear and 2" spacers front and now I can't get my e-brake cables to hook up. Ive already took the mountains to off the frame moved it back and centered it and nowy cables so like their too long to hook back on the little rod that like tensions them? What am I doing wrong
