Default my lower controls arm move!

Hey guys, the foundation of my lift is a 4.5 x-flex lift from RC, I have noticed that the lower control arms shift forward and rearward despite how much I tighten them, I know that on a stock application there are shims that can be installed to manipulate caster, but I am not sure if those would work given my rigs alterations. My first thought was to weld in some heavy gauge washers on each side of the lca mount to isolate the movement, but I thought I would ask about other possible fixes before I go to such an extreme. Thanks

There should be shims installed already. Tighten the two bolts that hold the bracket inside the mount, make or find shims to fill the gap if you need to.

The holes must be wallowed out. If you have adjustable arms i would probably just do away with the stock caster adjustment and weld some pieces of 3/16" steel with new holes drilled in them to the sides of the mounts.

There is suppose to be a Caster Adjustment Bracket that holds the rear of your lower control arm in place, preventing it from moving fore and aft.
