thats really clean i love it, i wanna do it to mine but im guna try a 3 core rad and a beter water pump before cut into my hood< are you gunna put any catch trays under for water drainage?

I love it! where do you get those from? I have no problem hacking into my XJ....it's either i'm ripping into the body or mother nature is.

Not as cheap as home depot a/c vents but a lot cheaper than some others I have seen

I would make some catch trays but I wouldn't know how to without blocking the air flow . What I will do is see what may get dripped on and I will water proof it

I have tried to recreate the heat soak condition I had by running the jeep for 23 miles stopping it and restarting it in 10 min.s I have noted a very very slight roughness for five seconds hardly noticable but nothing like before and no engine warning lights so I think this mod. Was a good thing to do. I may also add some type of heat shield or maybe a ducted builge blower on a timer with nozzles pointed at each injector
