Is my diff popping?
Very time i turn right very loud popping noise
Brand new steering box
New track bar
One steering new
Ball joints new
You can hear it on the drivers side also if i hit a pot hole feels like the driveshaft is bouncing
Put my hand on the yoke of the axle you can feel play in it i assume the pinion and oil out of the back of the axle.
Is the popping my differential?

If there's play in the pinion/yoke, that could mean the pinion bearing is shot.

Tighten the track bar bracket to frame bolts next.

Yep cruiser is right, also if you have the stock single-shear type frame mount the bolt going through the heim (if you have an adjustable, bushing if it's stock) likes to loosen itself slowly. I use mine as a dd on the freeway and have to re-torque mine every couple months, even tried threadlocker to no avail.

Both but the loose side is usually the frame side. Axle side is to be torqued to 75 ft/lb if I recall correctly.
EDIT: Here's the bracket you want. This will help tighten up the bar quite a bit.
