Well my glasspack has kind of a low rumble, it has a bit of a problem falling off tho, when it does i get a really loud low rumble and the truck feels like it has a bit less take off. Currently running without it due to not having a welder to properly attach it. Its not really loud and more noticeable at low to idle rpm's.

I'm currently running nothing. Just the pipe before after the manifold and right before the cat. Gonna pipe it infront of the pass rear tire with a dual tip.
Sounds good. And LOUD!! lol, I set of sensitive car alarms with that sucker. It cackles down like my buddys 06 GTO 6.0 in a first gear decel, along with backfires like a ****. =)

performance-curve.com has cat back systems for 100$
I prefer turnowns tho. I have a Magnaflow 14" 4x9 oval muffler. Was 49$ shipped on amazon.com
I ike how it sounds, but you may want 18"

Backpressure is a myth on our XJ's. Only carb systems need backpressure.. our FI 4.0's don't need it.
Im getting ready to run with a 2.5" exhaust with a high flow cat and Flowmaster Super 44 muffler with the tail pipe mudfrog offers.
And catless is illegal. Just saying to keep a mod from having to mention it, and then someone gets upset and runs their mouth to the mod, and then the thread gets closed (it's a vicious cycle). Really, just don't brag about it.
