More vibes at 30mph. Feel like I've replaced everything
I'm just going to list everything I've done because this is so frustrating. '00 Cherokee. RC 4.5" lift. RE SYE with stock XJ front driveshaft and leaf shims. New motor mounts, new trans mount.
New track bar and bracket, drop pitman arm, all new control arms, new wheel bearings on front axle, new u joints in front axle, new tires that have been rebalanced twice now. The rear DS also has all brand new spicer u joints. The front shaft has the stock u joints but has zero play.
After all of this, I'm still getting clunks and vibration. When I brake hard, there is a single "POP" coming under my feet from the passenger front side. When I shift into gear ONLY IN 2wd and accelerate (drive or reverse) the transfer case makes a very loud pop noise. It does NOT do this in 4wd which confuses me. I also get steering wheel vibes at 25-35mph. It's enough to rattle my center console and shake my loose change really noisy.
Any help? Honestly I'm out of ideas at this point and going to take it to a mechanic if no one has ideas.
