MegaSquirt 91-95 XJ 4.0L Harness Pinout
Just wanted to share this incase anyone was looking to run MegaSquirt as a stand alone computer for their turbocharged, supercharged, or stroked 4.0L.
For our setup we are running MS1 and a 6 vane shutter wheel mounted in a 91-93 distributor. We are not using the stock CPS since MS1 does not recognize the trigger wheel pattern. I believe there is now code available to use the wheel with MS3 but I have not had a chance to mess with it. If you want to try it pin 24 is the CPS on the stock harness.
As for the transmission computer it should share the TPS signal and grounds so no modifications should be needed based on the wiring diagrams I’ve looked at. We cut up out stock harness and had to rewire the transmission computer so I can’t really confirm that it works.

Awesome. Plan on doing this eventually. Do you have a better quality image? It looks like 58 says injector driver 4 but Im guessing it actually says 6?

Yes, Pin 58 is injector #6. I'll see if I can upload a larger image later tonight so its easier to read.
