I have a 99 XJ currently on 2 pucks around 2" lift with 235/75/15 dunlop radial rovers and american racing mojaves.
I'm looking for some feedback on these upgrades as well as any additions that you think are worthwhile for a high school student working a summer job.

Here's my list of upgrades so far in the order that I want to do them because of money and the time that I'll have once schools out.
1.)bosch "ford style" injector swap
2.)cold air intake
3.)manik grille guard
4.)custom rear bumper
5.) 3" lift
6.) 30s or 31s

Free flowing exhaust will help a bit as well.

Drop the CAI. They're not worth the money. Get a snorkel if you don't mind the looks of them.

Or just buy a k&n style replacement filter (like spectre at autozone) when yours needs replacing. i think they're about $25-30

I was thinking for the intake I would get a spectre filter and make the hose out of PVC then clamp it to save money

Don't do the Spectre stuff. Either do a snorkel or the K&N replacement filter. I got the AIRAID intake off of CL for about $80, but a CAI doesn't do too much for XJ's
