Well been collecting parts buying them over the last 2 month's. Items listed on the upgrades are all new or just upgrading what is on it already. If you see something that I should do at this time please speak up. I have decided not to install the Long Arm Kit after all at this time.
1. 4.56 gears
2. Detroit Lockers Ft/Rear
3.SYE/With new Driveshaft from Oliver's
4.WJ Tie Rod Upgrade
4. Install 4 New sets of Hella Black Magic Lights
5. Install 1 set of Hella 500 for rear Backup/Work Lights
6. New Extended Stainless Brake Lines Ft/Rear
7. New Ft Springs 4 1/2" and 1 1/2" Rear Greaseable Boomerang Shackles
8. Bilstein Shocks
9. Adj. LCA
10. LCA Skids
11. Dropped Pitman Arm
12. New Speedometer Gear
13. 5-90's Wiring Upgrade
14. New Bump Stops
If there is anything that should be done while I'm doing these input would be welcomed I'm open to suggestions.
Thanks,
Fred

Now it's at 3" going to 4 1/2" for clearance. I'm going to sell what I have now and buy a another better Long Arm Kit just the money ran out and I have more upgrades for next month.
They are a new engine custom built/new transmission/transfer case/front driveshaft. Then the next month new disc brakes for the Chy. 8.25 and upgraded ones for the front.
I'm funding some of these upgrades by selling spare Race Car Parts that I no longer need. My wife is happy as it is a shame to have so many extra engine parts around (enough for 2 complete SBC Race motors from Moroso oil pan's drag race to Dart Intakes, MSD Dist./AL7 Box's. Including 2 Turbo-400 race transmissions with Trans. brake's.
She is right one thing see has not mentioned is a roll around cabinet of AN-fittings and hose 3 sizes.
Oh well I like my XJ and really having fun with it, being I had to give up racing but nothing like letting off the transbrake button when the tree turns green.

Noticed the drop pitman arm but no mention of a dropped Track bar.
I went this route and have a bump steer problem. I have since gotten a dropped Track bar (For Christmas. Thanks Wifey!) and haven had a chance to install it as the winter this year is Brutal!!
I've been told by a very reputable shop that that should fix my problem. Or just go back to the stock Pitman arm........ Nah dropped it is!

More than likely you probably already have it, but I didn't see it on the list so I will throw it out there.
If you are opening the diffs for 4.56's and lockers, I would definitely get full master install kit that includes carrier bearings and pinion bearings. Plus you get a new crush sleeve. Also add some wheel bearings and seals as well since they are cheap. I've always stuck with Timken for bearings.

The track bar is taken care of also but thanks to both of you.
