Default Lunch box locker

So Ive been thinking about getting a lunch box locker in the rear end and or front end of my truck. Now I cant decide over which one I want to use. I was thinking about using the Powertrax locker or aussie locker. Which one is stronger? Which one is quieter during use? Any and all opinions will help thanks.

I'd choose whatever was cheaper between the lock right and aussie.

But good luck finding an Aussie. I only got one for my D30 because I picked it up used. I think some of there facility in Australia was damaged during the flooding they had.

You drive a jeep. You should be used to weird noises. Oh, and your signature says you have a taurus and a 2wd comanche? How are you going to lock the front?

Why are you doing these mods to a 2wd? Front or rear is not even a question...

Im in the middle of converting it to 4x4. Tomarrow Im putting in the front axle but It wont be "4x4" till I put in the tranmission and t case. I dont wana lie and say its a 4x4 now, when its not. Its getting there and when it is ill update my signature . And yeah ive also heard that about the Powertrax but is it just as good as the aussie? Ive heard very good things about the aussie and nothing about the powertrax other then that its quiet.

Now I found a place who sells them kinda cheep here: http://http://www.rocky-road.com/noslip.html My only ? is that on the sight picking what axle the locker is for, For the ford 8.8 is has a few shaft sizes and im not sure what size I would put there. The 8.8 that I have is out of a 95 ford explorer and has an open diff. On that sight they have 3/4 shaft, and 7/8, which one would I chose?

I've researched the spartan and the aussie. i dont have personal experience with either, but according to spartans site they've had zero reported failures where as I know a friend who has went through 3 aussies

i'll be running an aussie, $215 shipped off a vendor on pirate4x4
